In her new short renowned futurist and ecocentrist K D Adamson points out that at work and across our societies we have prioritised rigid systems over people and adopted technology to reinforce them at the expense of individuals. But now the Gen Z’s and Alphas are challenging that, becoming new crusaders in our New Moral Age. At best it could be the catalyst for a global period of unparalleled societal creativity and reinvention, but we must acknowledge it could also lead into far darker futures.
